Refund, Cancellation, Payment, and Return Policy

At Vintage Foods, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality, authentic homefoods. Please read the following policies to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in case of product damage during transit or delivery errors.
To request a refund, customers must:

  • Share clear photo/video evidence of the damaged item
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
    Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly via email.
After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be under preparation or dispatch.

3. Payment Policy

We accept payments via secure gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, etc.)
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
All transactions are encrypted and handled through trusted third-party payment providers.

4. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Please ensure that the product is stored as per the provided instructions.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
